WHAT IS STRUCTURED DAYCARE?
Structured Daycare is Core K9’s alternative to traditional doggy daycare.
We understand that not every dog can thrive in a traditional daycare setting where there are 20+ dogs of different sizes, play styles and temperaments running amuck.
We created Structured Daycare so that each dog can get their mental and physical needs met, while also feeling comfortable and safe. We are able to cater to each dogs’ individual needs as far as how many (and what type of) dogs they are comfortable being around at once.
Each dog will receive specialized, structured play sessions with over like-minded dogs several times throughout the day.
For any dog that has completed a program with us, we will also include a complimentary training session! Training sessions can include any of the following:
- Group “place” work
- Structured Walks
- Treadmill time
- Confidence building exercises
- Mental & physical enrichment activities
- and more!
In order to provide the individualized attention, spots are extremely limited.
It is highly encouraged to maintain an ongoing weekly schedule.

Drop-off time: 7:00am – 9:00am
Pick-up time: 4:00pm – 6:00pm

The fastest way is to download our app!
If you are already a client with the app – you will simply select the dog you would like to enroll, and click on Request An Appointment for Structured Daycare then follow the prompts to select the date.
If you are not a client with the app, just search for Core K9 Training in your app store and follow the prompts to Requests An Appointment for a Consultation to get started!
If your dog has completed a program with us – YES!
If your dog has not completed a program with us, a consultation is required to determine if your dog will be eligible to join Structured Daycare.
ALL Dogs must be up-to-date with their Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines as well
Monday – Thursday.
Drop off is in the morning anytime between 7-9AM.
Pick up is in the evening anytime between 4-6PM.
Early or late drop-offs and pick-ups are not available.

Structured Daycare is $45 per day.
We do have a package available – buy 5, get 1 free!
When your dog is not playing or training, they will be resting in size appropriate crates or a 5×5 run.
We utilize crates to ensure that dogs are resting during their day with us, and help them keep a calm state of mind. Over-stimulated dogs can result in unwanted behaviors.
That is dependent on your dog, their progress and your goals.
If you are seeking certain behaviors or having specific troubles at home with your dog, it is recommended to enroll in private lessons or join one of our group classes.
If we have availability, yes.
However, we are only accepting 5 (five) Structured Daycare/Day & Train dogs per day and have a priority list.
The priority is as follows:
1 – Dogs enrolled in Play & Train OR Day School
2 – Dogs enrolled on a weekly schedule
3 – Dogs enrolled on a biweekly schedule
It is highly encouraged to have your dog on a weekly schedule to secure your spot!
We do require a 48 hour notice if your dog is unable to attend their scheduled day. Less than a 48 hour notice will result in either a used day out of a package, or full payment processed on your card on file.
Dogs must be older than 8 weeks of age to attend Structured Daycare.
We post updates on our social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook) so that you can follow along with your dog during Structured Daycare.
