You Don’t Have to Take Our Word for It…
Our clients don’t just leave with better behaved dogs—they leave with confidence, clarity, and a stronger bond than ever. From first-time puppy parents to owners of reactive dogs, Core K9 has helped people all over Kentucky (and several other states!) enjoy life with their dogs again.

APBT
We had been told by other trainers “to give her back to the breeder, there’s no helping her”, the vets office had marked her chart with “aggressive!”. While we know she had a few isolated incidents of aggression, she was not a bad dog and we were not giving up. Amber agreed!

Rottweiler
After Core K9, Benji is no longer scared of people, of dogs or any kind of obscure object. I can walk in the street and he doesn’t pull my arm off. He will sit, lie down, and get on his ‘place’ on command. He is no longer aggressive with visitors to my home. The biggest achievement is that he is now able to be groomed. Amber was able to bathe him and dry him with a hair dryer. He was combed, and his nasty, matted fur was gone. She was able to trim him up and tidy his paws. This on it's own, given how anxious he was, makes the program worth every cent.

Spaniel Mix
I may just pack my heeler up in a box and ship her out to Amber. My little lady misses her so much. She taught her confidence and obedience. She’s my shadow and the recall off leash is instant. She works with positive reinforcement and gains the trust and respect of dogs and owners along the way.

Blue Heeler
Amber had no hesitation to meeting my dog Waffles. He stayed for 3 weeks and throughout the entire stay she would send me pictures of him and update me on his progress. I even got to visit during waffle’s stay and take him on a walk! If you're questioning if putting your dog in training is worth it …. It 1000000% is worth every cent to work with Amber! I can now eat dinner without my dog in my face and take him to the store without him trying to bark and attack people.

Australian Shepherd
My dog has been training with Amber for about year and has come leaps and bounds. From a husky that wouldn’t listen to one that actually does has been a game changer! Amber is dedicated to training and tailors each session to meet the dogs needs! Highly recommend checking her out!

Remi is able to stay in ”place” while inside and our kids(7, 4, and 1) and our niece/ nephew can play around her and love on her and she knows she has to stay on het cot “place”!! Remi runs around outside and comes when called. She doesn’t jump on the kids. I can finally take Remi and all the kids on a walk!! I am so glad that doug and I sent Remi to “boot camp” because now we have an AWESOME, well behaved family dog!!! I am also grateful that I can text Amber anytime for questions or guidance!! Remi also goes to daycare once a week!
